The receptionists and staff are very kind, and ready to help with any question, and the beds are very comfortable

The staff were exceptionally nice at the hotel, very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was nice and well organised, always plenty of food available and the staff working hard to keep it running smoothly. The location is great, with the beach close by and a nice stroll to the harbour. The pool was easy to get a spot after breakfast as there are plenty of loungers. My son and I had a great, relaxing time.

Good location with plenty of food & drink places nearby, had plenty of choice for breakfast and they changed it slightly every day. Lovely big pool.

Really nice customer service! Room was nice and air conditioner worked well. Pool area was large and location close to restaurants and beach. Hotel crew lovely mentoined our honeymoon when we came to our room.

The food by the pool was nice, the swim up bar was great, the pool was plenty big enough and we enjoyed the childrens entertaintment in the evenings, also the location was good for dinners out in the evenings and only a short taxi ride away from the harbour and the food was cheap

Everything was fantastic. Very polite personnel. Amazing huge trees around the pool with nice shadows, much needed in summer heat. Great location with bars and restaurants around in walking distance. Activities for the kids. We had a very relaxing week. Excellent!

The hotel is beautiful and so clean! The staff work tirelessly to ensure that your needs are met.They are so friendly and cannot do enough to help you.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble to help. The entertainment staff were excellent, Ash, Ned and Paula great team getting the people involved, spent time with their people staying in the hotel and interested in the views and comments and always happy and friendly, they help make everyone feel part of the Avanati team.

An excellent welcome on arrival from the Yorkshire receptionist on duty. The room was as described, with the added suprise of complimentary wine and fruit which was a nice touch. Everything in the room worked! The hotel was very clean and appeared to be very well managed. The staff at the swim up bar were super - very efficient and friendly. Plenty of sun beds on the terraces with a good mixture of full sun or shaded areas under the trees for sun bathing.

Amazing breakfast. Good location for walking along the sea front prom at night. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Location, staff friendly, pool

We stayed in this hotel with family. Staff left extra cot bed for our little one and extra bed for son, uppon request. Rooms were cleaned every day. Towels changed also every day. We had breakfast included, no words to add for breakfast as food was various and delicious. Special thanks for lady who is cooking omelettes and pan cakes. Hotel is around 25-30min away from city center. So You can take a walk along the sea or ride a bus. There are few different restaurants across the street and near the hotel. So basically I do recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nice comfortable beds, we asked for an extra bed and it was provided for the child. Super good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Also close to the beach. Breakfast buffet is excellent, dinner too. It has great facilities like a massage therapist, and also they have a hair salon recommendation down the road. I used both. Wish I could stay longer!

Reception staff were exceptional, polite, and helpful in any way. The cleaning staff were always willing to work around us if we wanted an afternoon in the room.

breakfast buffet was very nice. facilities were clean and of high quality. pool was excellent and large. location was good, not far from the beach and near local shops, bars, and restaurants.

I liked everything! staff is super nice, pool is great! bar in pool also great! a very special thank is for the wonderful lady Liliana who made our stay feel like home! there are many shows and entertainments at evenings, a little store to buy assentials inside the hotel (water, sun protector spray, milk etc)
